«Dance according to your body type in straigh relatión with your temperament”

Dance belongs to the legacy of greek toughts, coming from the inspiration of the fountain of the Musse Terpsicores, also related to the Maenads, the bacchantes and Dionysus, in this frame of reference we are told about the art of dance as ecstasy.
In my own experience I have experienced bodily sensations that have a relationship with ecstasy while carrying out some movements, and with others mathematically no. I discovered in my own anatomy a special conection with the carrying out of some movements in relation with others, in those which I felt mastery I could feel the relationship between my body and the content of the execution of the movement. From this I wondered if the reason that certain bodies built for a type of carrying out movement produces ecstasy for the performer themself, and as a result this gives the audience a connection with something higher in themselves at the same time as feeling they are a part of the dancer in communion.
So seductive was the song of the sirens that I threw myself at this homeric endevour, even though I was aware that to enter the land of the gods is put oneself at their mercy, my desire to search for the artistic as a transcendental act in human behavior, I was confronted with the misteries of the sacred and that´s where the goddess Aphrodite whispered to me the importance of the body, anchored in my first port from here where I began my odyssey that now amasses two years of research and it´s a dynamic process that I´m sure will help to understand that dance is for everyone absolutely, supporting with this study the open path to dance training and the visibility of dance in culture.

The melancholic have a weak nervous system and high sensibility. They are very sensitive emotionally and they are introverted. They are very perfectionist. The melancholic is very faithful and therefore a very good friend, but they don’t find friends easily, rather they wait for them to come to them. The sanguine is driven quickly and vehemently by any impression, but the impression is not durable or strong, but rather superficial and inconsistent. They are usually very outgoing people. They feel satisfaction in themselves, they are confident and talkative, sensitive and compassionate, but can also be docile and submissive. The sanguine are lively and cheerful people. This type of people love people and do not like to be alone. They tend to make decisions based on feelings rather than reflection.
The term temperament comes from the Latin temperamentum, which means “measure”. The people don’t have one temperament, but rather can be said to have a predominant temperament and the others fluctuate to a lesser extent. Every person is unique and changing, but it is considered that the temperament is invariable throughout the life of a person.
